Contradiction
The world is wrong, my darling,
Just for today forget
That nothing lasts forever
That you owe the world a debt.

Pain cannot make laughter go.

Every cynic has a heart.
The world is wrong, my darling,
Love's not a thing to shun
There's more to life than living
There's peace when crying's done.
Nightmare
If life is but a dream
And not a big mistake
Then wake me
up
for heaven's sake.
Xmas
Christmas lights and Xmas cheer
By the bottle and the glass
Everyone is happy
While the liquor lasts.
